Call Center Training Program

Target Group : Employees of Tele Marketing Department of Large Automobile Dealer 
Duration : 6 Days
Content Outline:
  • Module 1: Communication Skills, Brand Engagement, Telephonic Skills ,Practice sessions and Mock drills 
  • Module 2:  Scripted communication – Opening, Subject and Closing of the calls. Creating interest statements, oral usages, enunciations etc. are practiced and session is concluded with recitation of scripts and mock calls. On-the-job assignments are distributed
  • Module 3: Objection handling process in detail with proper Scripts and discussing the On- the- job feedback 

Trigger The Bond in You

Target Group : Team Leaders / Supervisors & above( Service) in Large Dealership with presence in Multiple States 
Duration : 1-2 Days per Module

These Sessions were adapted in the "James Bond Theme", taking cues from Bond Movies and incorporating it in each module to establish attributes such as: Leadership Skills, Innovation & Out-of-box Thinking, Team Spirit, Winning Mindset, Competitive Challenges, Achieving Customer-centric Goals. Learnings were imparted with a Bondish flavour to make it memorable and entertaining. At the end of every Training, a 45- Day Action Plan was charted out by the participants which was monitored by the Regional Heads to measure the efficacy of the program before moving forward to successive modules.

Hyundai Skill Competition Training Program – Service Advisor

Target Group : Identify, Coach & Train the Dealer Service Advisor to compete in the Service Advisor Skill Competition between Hyundai's Dealers Nationally and Globally 
Content Outline: Phase-wise
Phase 1 Goal:

To develop and nurture the Skills Sets, Customer Orientation & Communication and Servicing Skills of the Candidate to win the National Skills Championship at Delhi.

Training & Coaching Module: 

Coaching Program was planned for a duration 6 months, 5 days each month. Modules Delivered were-

  • Communication Skills – Verbal & Non-Verbal, With Practice Sessions
  • Communication Skills – Advanced – Linguistic Skills and Practice Sessions
  • Customer Handling Skills – SOP & Soft Skills with Role Plays 
  • Technical Module – SAP Modules, Car Models & features, Technical Complaint Analysis, Selling Skills & Hyundai Promotions.
Phase 1 Outcome:

Grochange-trained Candidate emerged as the India-Winner of National Skills Competition and got selected to represent India at the Global Platform

Phase 2 Goal:

To mould the Service Advisor efficiently to match up to the desired global standards to represent Hyundai India in the Global Customer Championship at Korea (2018).

Training & Coaching Module: Coaching Program was planned for a duration 4 months, 5 days each month. Modules Delivered were comprising
